New Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Tehran Ylyas Gayypov presented copies of his credentials to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.

A report on the meeting between the ambassador and the top Iranian diplomat was published on the official website of the MFA of Iran on Sunday.

On November 24, 2024, Ylyas Gayypov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Islamic Republic of Iran by the decree of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
