The Apple Store now offers consultations with a video specialist

The Apple Store app version 5.24 now features a video consultation service with a company specialist when purchasing products.

The service allows you to view the latest models, explore new features and learn about offers from telecom operators

If a session is not available or the client wants to access the page after hours, then one can contact a specialist by phone or via chat 24 hours a day.

For now, this feature is only available in the US.
