A catalog of books in Uzbek is available on Litres
The book service "Litres" launches a website in Uzbekistan Litres.uz . The catalog will include 1,500 titles of books in Uzbek, as well as publications in Russian and other languages presented in the service.
By the end of the year, the range is planned to increase to 4,000 electronic and audiobooks, which will allow users to present the largest catalog of digital works in the country, writes TASS.
On the website Litres.uz books can be bought by the piece (ppd). The digital "shelves" will be replenished by 13 national publishers, including the largest: Asaxiy books, Sharq, Adabiyot and Yangi asr avlodi, with which contracts have already been signed.
The Uzbek version of the service implements many functions that are available in the Russian version. In particular, the ability to bookmark, save your favorite quotes to your personal collection, read an introductory fragment. Website Litres.uz it works only in Uzbek (Latin). The main page of the service presents books in Russian, Uzbek, and English at the same time. There are also works in Uzbek with the ability to choose a script (Cyrillic or Latin). In the catalog, you can choose the genre of the work.
