A new batch of reagents worth $1.3 million has been received for medical laboratories of Turkmenistan

The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Turkmenistan in cooperation with the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry of Turkmenistan continues to strengthen the capacity and preparedness of health system in Turkmenistan. In the framework of the project “COVID-19 response in Turkmenistan”, funded by the loan of the World Bank, UNDP provided a batch of laboratory reagents for general blood analysis that will be distributed to both central and velayat laboratories which will strengthen basic laboratory services throughout the country.
