China has put forward 4 initiatives to resolve the situation around Afghanistan

Chinese Foreign Minister Qin Gang has put forward 4 fundamental initiatives that contribute to the resolution of internal political conflicts in Afghanistan and will help economic development after years of instability, CGTN news agency reports.
The proposals of the Chinese Foreign Minister were announced within the framework of the 4th ministerial meeting of Afghanistan's neighboring countries, which was attended by representatives from Turkmenistan.
Thus, Qin Gang stated that the transformation of Afghanistan is possible under the following conditions:
— Deepening regional cooperation in the fight against terrorism, drug trafficking and mass migration. It is also necessary to strengthen border control and joint assistance with cross-border terrorist flows;
— Countries that have imposed unilateral sanctions against Afghanistan should be completely lifted, and Kabul's foreign accounts should be unfrozen;
— The current Afghan leadership should create an inclusive government that will adhere to specific principles of progressive governance;
— Strengthening practical cooperation with Afghanistan, including through the creation of the necessary transnational infrastructure.
Qin Gang added that China will continue to support the reconstruction of Afghanistan and work together with its neighboring countries to achieve this goal.
