Turkmenistan has changed the rules of entry to the country for its citizens and foreigners — Belavia
Citizens of Turkmenistan as well as foreigners who travel to the country on an official visit are exempt from the obligation to present additional health certificates upon arrival in Turkmenistan. This is reported by Belavia Airline on the official website.
Also, additional documents may not be provided by employees of:
— foreign diplomatic missions,
— consular offices and international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan (including relatives and guests of employees),
— diplomatic missions of Turkmenistan abroad.
Other passengers arriving in Turkmenistan must have a filled "Form for determining the health status of passengers", as well as a certificate of vaccination from COVID-19 or a "positive" test result for COVID-19, which indicates that the passenger has suffered from the disease.
At the same time, all passengers are required to undergo rapid testing for COVID-19.
