Trading on SCRMET: liquefied gas and petroleum bitumen were in demand


On Saturday, April 8, 17 deals totaling $2.2 million were made at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, the correspondent of ORIENT reports.
Representatives of the business community of Pakistan, Uzbekistan, and Afghanistan purchased a total of 5 thousand tons of liquefied gas. The cost of production was estimated at $358 per ton. The total amount of transactions exceeded $1.7 million.
A businessman from Uzbekistan purchased 2 thousand tons of BND 60/90 oil road bitumen during the auction, the cost of which was estimated at $240 per ton. The total amount of the transaction was $480 thousand.
