Turkish electric car Togg will come to Turkmenistan in white color

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that there is great interest in the Turkish-made Togg car from around the world, especially from the Turkic states.
He said this while visiting the Togg exhibition site in Antalya on Sunday.

“Togg is now meeting with a lot of interest from our citizens all over Turkey on the streets, and even our citizens abroad are asking, 'When will Togg come there?' On the other hand, there is great interest from all over the world, especially from the fraternal Turkic states,” the minister was quoted as saying by TRT TV channel.
This week, on April 4, Turkey's first electric car Togg was delivered to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev. “It will also be delivered to other countries such as Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan,” Mevlut Cavusoglu said.

"Turkmenistan has applied for white color," the minister specified. He added that the white cars will be released within a month.
The opening ceremony of the Togg mass production plant took place on October 29, 2022. The plant was built in the province of Bursa. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who took part in the event, tested the Togg electric car. He said that 175,000 cars per year will be produced, and by 2030 production will exceed 1 million.

The car is available in two versions - with an electric motor of 200 and 400 horsepower. The most powerful version is capable of picking up speed up to 100 km / h in 4.8 seconds. The maximum range of the electric car is about 500 kilometers. Particular attention in the production of cars is given to their absolute harmlessness to the environment.
TOGG is planning four more models. The C-class sedan is due to hit the assembly line in 2024, followed by a liftback, a compact B-class crossover and a compact MPV.
The abbreviation TOGG stands for Türkiye'nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu, meaning "Turkish Car".
