On Monday, September 12, 11 deals totaling $736.4 thousand and 7.3 million Turkmen manats were concluded at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan, ORIENT correspondent reports.

Businessmen from Turkey purchased 269.5 thousand kg. of various types of cotton yarn produced in the districts of Turkmengal and Sakarchage, as well as in the city of Dashoguz. The total amount of transactions amounted to $736.4 thousand.

In the domestic market, local entrepreneurs purchased 2 thousand tons of SN-180 base oil from the Turkmenbashi refinery complex for a total amount of 7.2 million TMT.

Also in the domestic market, handmade Turkmen carpets became the subjects of transactions. The total amount of transactions in this category exceeded 45.3 thousand TMT.

Trades in the agriculture, industry and communications sections, as well as the shopping complex, begin from Mon.-Fri. 16:00, Sat. 11:30. Stock trades in the oil and gas sector are held from Mon.-Fri. 16:30, Sat. 12:00.
