The International Investment Forum "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan" opened in Ashgabat
The International Investment Forum "Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan" (OGT-2022) has started its work in the Yyldyz Hotel in Ashgabat in a hybrid format.
The event is organized by the State Concerns "Turkmenneft", "Turkmengaz", "Turkmenhimiya" and the State Corporation "Turkmengeology" in partnership with the BC "Turkmen Forum" with the support of the British company GaffneyCline.
The prestigious event is aimed at attracting foreign investment in the energy sector of Turkmenistan, developing and strengthening cooperation between the national oil and gas companies of Turkmenistan and international partners.
More than 400 delegates from 35 countries take part in the forum, including the top management of leading national and international organizations, oil and gas companies, international financial institutions, as well as experts who shape the future of the oil and gas industry not only in Turkmenistan, but also in the region as a whole.
The conference delegates will discuss the future of the global energy system, the role of Turkmenistan in ensuring regional energy security, the possibilities of investment projects in the new energy era, the role of financial institutions in supporting sustainable energy and other topical issues.
