The head of the Dashoguz region reported on measures for the entry of cotton growers in the northern region on March 30 to the sowing season. Vice-premier Esenmyrat Orazgeldiev, summarizing the indicators for the country, said that more than 19.5 thousand hectares have already been sown with cotton in Akhal, Balkan, Lebap and Mary regions. Sowing of potatoes was carried out on 30 thousand hectares, onions - on 10 thousand hectares.
