President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov expressed condolences to Queen Elizabeth II in connection with the death of her husband, Duke of Edinburgh Prince Philip. “At this difficult moment, I pray you for your fortitude, and also ask you to convey my sincere condolences and words of support to family members, to the entire people of the United Kingdom,” the website “Turkmenistan Today” quotes the message of the President to Her Majesty. Buckingham Palace announced the death of Prince Philip on April 9. He was 99 years old. In Great Britain, mourning for Prince Philip is declared until his funeral, their date has not yet been announced. Prince Philip Mountbatten was born on June 10, 1921 in Greece. He married the Queen of Great Britain in 1947. The royal couple have four children: Charles, Prince of Wales, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, Duke of York, and Prince Edward, Earl of Wessex.
