Ambassador of Turkmenistan Meets with Leader of the "Belaya Rus" Party in Minsk
On October 30, a meeting took place at the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Minsk between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Nazarguly Shagulyyev and Olga Chemodanova, Chairperson of the Belarusian "Belaya Rus" party.
During the meeting, which was held at the initiative of the Belarusian side, the parties discussed promising areas for bilateral partnership and emphasized the importance of strengthening working contacts between the political and public structures of both nations to deepen the interstate dialogue.
The diplomat briefed his interlocutor on Turkmenistan’s key international initiatives for 2026—a year designated by the motto "Independent, Neutral Turkmenistan — Homeland of Purposeful Winged Horses." The Ambassador noted that this focus reflects the country’s commitment to the principles of positive neutrality and its standing as a reliable partner in peace-building on the international stage.
Following the meeting, both sides affirmed their readiness to maintain regular communication and a systematic exchange of information to foster inter-party and public ties. Olga Chemodanova expressed a positive assessment of the current level of engagement and indicated a willingness to pursue further cooperation, grounded in a spirit of mutual respect and trust.
