On May 2 and 3, a gala concert of TURKSOY opera masters dedicated to the 110th anniversary of the outstanding Turkmen composer Veli Mukhatov will take place on the stage of the Mukams Palace in Ashgabat.
The program will feature masterpieces of world opera performed by artists from the Turkic world — Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Türkiye, and Turkmenistan. Musical accompaniment will be provided by the State Symphony Orchestra of Turkmenistan.
