President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov has signed a decree on personnel changes in the higher education system.

According to the document, Arslan Gurbannazarov has been appointed Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Finance, TDH reports.

Bayram Tangryberdiyev, who previously headed this institution, has been reassigned—by a separate presidential decree—to the position of Rector of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management.
