The Principality Stadium in Cardiff (Wales) will host the official opening of Euro 2028, Daily Mail reports. The semi-finals and final will take place at London’s Wembley Stadium.
For the first time, the 2028 European Championship will be held simultaneously in four countries — England, Wales, Scotland, and Ireland. A total of 24 teams will participate, playing 51 matches. The tournament will kick off on June 9 and conclude on July 9, 2028.
The England national team will play its first group-stage match at Etihad Stadium in Manchester, with the next two matches at Wembley. The teams of Ireland, Scotland, and Wales will play their matches in Dublin, Glasgow, and Cardiff, respectively.
