On November 6, the Central Asia-US Summit (C5+1) took place at the White House – a landmark meeting between US President Donald Trump and the Presidents of five Central Asian countries, including Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
The evening summit and working dinner marked the C5+1 format's elevation to the highest level, emphasizing the region's strategic importance to the United States.
The parties reaffirmed their commitment to the principles of sovereignty, independence, and territorial integrity of the Central Asian countries. This principle is fundamental to Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality.

The main focus of the talks was on expanding economic cooperation and integrating the Central Asian countries into the global economy.
Key economic topics at the summit included support for the development of the Trans-Caspian (Middle) Corridor, which directly affects Turkmenistan's interests as a transit hub, deepening cooperation in the field of critical minerals, and ensuring the resilience of supply chains in the region.

An official joint statement following the summit is expected to be published later and will outline specific agreements on investments and new projects.
