World’s Tallest Hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina, to Open in Dubai

In November 2025, Ciel Dubai Marina will open in Dubai, set to become the tallest hotel in the world. The 377-meter-tall building is located in the prestigious Dubai Marina district and will surpass the current record-holder, Gevora Hotel on Sheikh Zayed Road, which stands at 356 meters.

The hotel project was designed by NORR Group, developed by The First Group with the participation of contractor China Railway 18th Bureau Group of Dubai, and will be operated by The First Group Hospitality under the Vignette Collection brand, part of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG).

Ciel Dubai Marina will feature 82 floors and 1,004 rooms and apartments with panoramic views of the Persian Gulf, a unique 12-story atrium garden, a restaurant at approximately 353 meters, and a pool at 306 meters — the highest in the world. The hotel will also have eight restaurants and bars, direct access to the Dubai Marina waterfront, water taxis, Dubai Marina Mall, and nearby tram and metro stations.

In addition to the title of the world’s tallest hotel, Ciel Dubai Marina is vying for two more world records: the highest pool and the highest club. Official recognition from the Guinness World Records is expected following the hotel’s opening.
