Bus Routes Changed in Ashgabat
21.06.2025 | 11:30 |The State Passenger Bus Transportation Enterprise under the “Türkmenawtoulaglary” Agency has announced changes to four bus routes, which will take effect starting June 23, 2025.
Route No. 100 "Teke Bazaar — Arkadag City" will operate on a revised schedule beginning June 23. The adjustments are aimed at improving access for passengers traveling to the National Wildlife Museum during the summer tourist season.
Route No. 97 "Büzmeyin — Täze Zaman" will be modified as of June 27. Buses will only run as far as the “Büzmeyin” stop. To continue their journey, passengers can transfer to Route No. 85 "Büzmeyin — Güneş" and Route No. 86 "Büzmeyin — Multidisciplinary Hospital," which proceed toward Ahal Street.
The most significant changes will affect Route No. 63 "Teke Bazaar — Büzmeyin." Due to the launch of the new route "Bagyr — Büzmeyin," Route 63 will be extended to the Gökje residential area and, starting July 7, will operate under the new name "Büzmeyin — Bagyr."
Changes will also apply to Route No. 4 "Arzuw — Yalkym." Buses on this route will now pass through the Gökje residential area, Güneş Street, and A. Ataev Street, continuing toward the eastern section of the Bagyr — Gökje ring road.
