Particular attention was paid to building up contacts in the fields of science, education, culture and art. The interlocutors agreed that these areas have become a powerful tool for bringing the friendly Turkmen and Chinese peoples closer together.

At the meeting, it was noted that the number of Turkmen citizens studying Chinese in secondary schools and higher educational institutions of the country is steadily growing. In addition, numerous Turkmen students successfully receive education in China, which is a clear indication of the strengthening humanitarian ties.
