Oriented on making people closer

The National Leader of the Turkmen people, the Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan and the President of Kazakhstan visited today the national cultural complex located on the territory of the Azret-Sultan reserve in the city of Turkestan.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the oriental bazaar, where various types of grain crops were presented. They also got acquainted with national dishes and the works of masters of such folk crafts as woodworking, weaving, felting, pottery and jewelry, according to the Akorda statement.

The program continued with a theatrical performance dedicated to Kazakh customs and rituals.

In addition, the skills of Tazy dogs and hunting birds were demonstrated.
