According to Xinhua News Agency, Xi'an, located in Shaanxi Province, has become a key transportation hub for international freight. A recent example is the arrival of a freight train carrying 1,300 tons of goods, dispatched ahead of the Spring Festival as part of the China-Europe international rail freight service.
The train, originating from the "Aizujuy" company's overseas industrial park in the North Kazakhstan region, marked the first train dispatched in 2025 under the China-Europe international rail freight framework.
This event also signified the launch of the first Xi'an-Tashkent express freight train service.
Within the framework of China-Europe international rail freight, New Energy Vehicles (NEVs), photovoltaic products, household appliances, and other Chinese-manufactured goods are exported to Central Asia. Simultaneously, food products, minerals, and other raw materials are continuously imported into China from Central Asia.
