At the 29th International Oil and Gas Forum in Turkmenistan, Deputy General Director of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC), Zhang Daowei, noted the significance of the current changes in the global energy market and the need for mutually beneficial cooperation.

In his speech, Zhang emphasized that complex geopolitical factors and instability of oil and gas prices create challenges for long-term planning and investment decisions.
