The National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Khalk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov, while on labor leave, visited the Archman sanatorium and got acquainted with the process of its expansion and modernization, projects of a number of objects on its territory.

In particular, the construction of a new medical building for 400 seats, the construction of a water treatment building, a pavilion for therapeutic drink, canteens, teahouses, etc. are planned here. Models of dental, diagnostic, physiotherapeutic and radiological rooms and information about their technological equipment were presented.

The Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty made a number of comments on the submitted projects and made adjustments to them, focusing on the importance of using best practices and special attention to the environmental component.

The Archman sanatorium, located in the Bakherden district of the Akhal region, is one of the most popular health resorts in the country. Every year, the number of citizens coming here to restore health is growing, which requires an increase in the capacity and modernization of the hydropathic resort.
