Oriented on making people closer

The Turkmenistan Investment forum, TIF 2024, will be held in Ashgabat on 10-11 September, while it was previously scheduled for 19-20 next month. The date was changed due to adjustments to the schedule of state-level events in the country, as the forum's organizing committee announced in a Sunday notification.

TIF 2024 is designed to become a significant event to attract investments into the economy of Turkmenistan, discuss key issues related to the implementation of new investment projects and further development of international cooperation. The forum will be attended by top-level executives, experts and representatives of leading national and international companies in the oil and gas, energy, construction, transport and communications sectors. Major global financial institutions, banks, international organizations, and research centers will also be represented.

The event is held under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance and Economy and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

On the eve of the forum, a cultural programme awaits the arriving delegates. On 9 September, they will embark on a tour of Ashgabat, visiting the National Museum of Turkmen Carpet and the historical and cultural reserve “Old Nisa’.
