An anniversary concert of Turkmen music was held in the capital of Armenia
15.03.2024 | 10:27 |In Yerevan, in the hall named after A. Babajanyan, it was held a grand concert dedicated to the 300th anniversary of the birth of Magtymguly Fragi, the great Turkmen poet. This evening, classical and folk music was played, as well as songs performed by masters of the arts of Turkmenistan.
Among the guests were leaders and diplomats from different countries, representatives of international organizations, as well as men of science and figures of culture of Armenia.
Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Armenia M. Ayazov and Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia A. Martirosyan greeted the participants.
The concert program included works written to the poems of Magtymguly Fragi, Gurbannazar Ezizov, Keyik Artykova. The music of famous composers such as Nury Halmammedov, Veli Mukhatov, Khydyr Allanurov, Aman Agadzhikov, Komitas and Arno Babajanyan was also played.
The string quartet “Ashgabat Camerata” and vocalists B. Moshiev and M. Orazberdyeva won the hearts of the audience with their skill, giving them an unforgettable experience.
