Oriented on making people closer

In honor of the professional holiday of domestic diplomats, The Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan held a ceremony to present employees of the diplomatic service with the “Türkmenistanyň ussat diplomacy” insignia.

According to the decree of the President of Turkmenistan, five people were awarded the “Türkmenistanyň ussat diplomacy” distinction for services in strengthening state independence and neutrality, implementing foreign policy, developing international relations, protecting state interests, training young specialists, conscientious and exemplary work in the diplomatic service for many years, as well as on the occasion of Diplomatic Workers' Day.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Rashid Meredov personally presented the award to Sapar Berdiniyazov, a lecturer of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,

veterans of the diplomatic service Aman-Geldi Bayramov and Vladimir Kadyrov,

lecturer of the Department of International Relations and Diplomacy of the IIR of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Kakadzhan Mommadov.

The awarded counselor of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in the Russian Federation, Serdar Durdyev, attended the ceremony remotely.

The insignia, which was posthumously awarded to diplomat Soltan Pirmukhamedov, was presented by the minister to his daughter.
