Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday, December 4, will accept credentials from 21 newly arrived ambassadors, including from Turkmenistan. The Kremlin press service reports this.
The ceremony will traditionally take place in the Alexander Hall of the Grand Kremlin Palace.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Esen Aydogdyev to the post of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation on November 10, 2023.
On November 22, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Aydogdyev presented copies of his credentials to Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Andrey Rudenko.
