95 Iranian companies are taking part in the Iranian goods exhibition taking place in Ashgabat on November 17-19 - about 250 guests arrived in the Turkmen capital on this occasion.

The exposition, called Iran Prože, took place at the site of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, where manufacturers from the neighboring country present a wide range of building materials, vehicles and equipment for various industries, metal products, products of the pharmaceutical, paint and varnish industries, household appliances, etc.
A number of companies demonstrate their services in the field of technical services and engineering, hydropower, energy, oil and gas and petrochemical industries, in education and trade systems.
The opening ceremony of the exhibition was attended by Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov and Minister of Roads and Urban Development of the Islamic Republic of Iran Mehrdad Bazrpasha, who later that day held the 17th meeting of the Intergovernmental Turkmen-Iranian Commission on Economic Cooperation.

Tomorrow, on Saturday, on the sidelines of the exhibition, a Turkmen-Iranian business forum will be held with the participation of representatives of government agencies and business circles of both countries. As a result of the negotiations, a number of agreements are expected to be signed between members of the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan and heads of Iranian companies.
