Classes are taught by six teachers from Russia. Creative science is comprehended by 70 gifted students of musical institutions from all over Kyrgyzstan. The symphony orchestra and the ballet troupe of the Kyrgyz National Academic Opera and Ballet Theater also became participants of the project.
Musical instrument lessons are held separately: violin, cello, piano and clarinet. Every evening, students consolidate their knowledge in practice – mini-concerts are held on the shore of Lake Issyk-Kul.
"The first International Summer creative School of the Gnessin Academy of Sciences on Issyk-Kul Lake is one of the most important international projects of the Academy. Thanks to the support of the First Lady of the Kyrgyz Republic, 70 young musicians of the republic had the opportunity to improve their skills under the guidance of professors of our Academy. It is already clear that this project should be continued. I hope that next year it will be joined by participants from our other friendly countries – Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan," said Alexander Ryzhinsky, Rector of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music.
