On behalf of the tender committee, Turkmennebit State Concern is re-announcing international tender No. 203/1 for the design work and implementation of modern digital solutions.

Tender period: May 1 – June 17, 2026

Tender Subject

The tender is for the following work:

— development of design documentation;

— execution of a full range of works;

— preparation of tender proposals for improving the automated electronic database system;

— implementation of new information systems at the enterprises of the Turkmennebit concern.

Participation Conditions

Only companies producing goods and services that meet the requirements of the tender documentation are eligible to participate in the tender.

Participants registered or holding bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions are not eligible.

Application Submission Procedure

Participants are invited to the following address:

— submit an application indicating the full company name, legal status, country of incorporation, and details;

— familiarize yourself with the Law of Turkmenistan "On Tenders for the Supply of Goods, Performance of Work, and Provision of Services for State Needs" and the tender rules;

— receive the Lot specifications, technical requirements, and the main terms of the contract.

Financial Terms

To participate in the tender, you must pay USD 1,725 ​​(including VAT) or the equivalent in manat per Lot.

An invoice for payment will be provided upon submission of a written application.

Submission of Tender Proposals

Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 business days from the date of the official publication of the announcement in the Neutral Turkmenistan newspaper, but no later than 12:00 PM on the last business day.

Proposals received after this deadline will not be considered.

Document Submission Format

One sealed envelope containing the complete tender proposal, certified with an ink seal, must be delivered to the specified address.

The following must be enclosed in the envelope:

— an electronic version of the questionnaire and the main terms of the contract (Word format);

— technical and economic specifications (Excel format).
