Oriented on making people closer

Tbilisi TV tower illuminated in the bright green colours of the Turkmen flag at this night - so Georgia has congratulated Turkmenistan on the national holiday the Day of the Constitution and National Flag which is marked on May 18.

The symbolical action was organised by the mayoralty of Tbilisi with the assistance of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Georgia.

The Tbilisi TV tower is visible practically from all corners of the city, it is located in the Mtatsmind Park where a wonderful view of the city opens. The tower was constructed in 1972. Its height makes up 274, 5 metres over the mountain surface.

This evening the tower will be shined again in the colours of the flag of Turkmenistan as a sign of friendly congratulation on the holiday and as display of traditionally warm and brotherly relations between the two countries.
