Spanish athlete Lydia Valentin once again proved her superiority in the world of weightlifting, becoming a three-time winner of the world championship in Ashgabat.

In the sum of the biathlon, she lifted the unattainable 249 kg (113 kg in the snatch and 136 kg in the push), becoming the new absolute weightlifting world champion in the weight category of 81 kg.

An athlete from Belarus Darya Naumova 245 kg (108 kg in the snatch and 137 kg in the push) reached the second step of the podium today.

The third was the representative of Ecuador Tamara Salazar - 242 kg (105 kg in the snatch and 137 kg in the push).

Suddenly, the silver in the snatch went to the representative of the group "B", the Kazakh weightlifter Raushana Meshitkhanova, who lifted 108 kg.
