A Turkmen delegation, headed by the Deputy Chairman of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, participated in the Second Regional Meeting of Asia-Pacific countries on the implementation of the Global Compact for Safe, Orderly and Regular Migration. The event was co-organized by the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (UNESCAP) and the International Organization for Migration (IOM). The meeting took place in Bangkok, Kingdom of Thailand, according to the website of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan.
