The Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan is conducting a selection process for studying at universities in China for the 2023-2024 academic year. The announcement was published on March 14 by the official Turkmen press.

Applicants can be citizens aged from 18 to 25 years, who have secondary education and speak English. The selection will take place in the form of examinations on a competitive basis.

The list of specialties and the number of places can be found in the admission committee at the International University for the Humanities and Development. Documents are accepted at IUHD from March 15 to March 22.

Required documents:
— application and questionnaire of a citizen of Turkmenistan;
— questionnaire of a foreign citizen;
— certificate of secondary education;
— medical certificate of the Ministry of Health and Medical Industry issued for applicants;
— certificate of vaccination from COVID-19;
— characteristics from the last place of study (work or military unit);
— 12 3x4 photos;
— certified copy of the work record (if available);
— a document on participation in international and state subject Olympiads (if available);
— original passport of a citizen of Turkmenistan and a foreign passport;
— military ID (if available);

If necessary, the admissions committee may require additional documents.

The exams will be held from March 29 to March 31 at IUHD in the form of testing in general education subjects. An interview is conducted on the subject of "history of Turkmenistan". The exams will be held in the state language.
