The Ministry of Roads of Turkmenistan has announced an international open tender for the construction and reconstruction of the Ashgabat–Dashoguz highway.

The tender consists of several lots covering all sections of the road from 0 to 546 km, as well as the construction of a new bridge and the rehabilitation of existing bridges along the route.

According to the requirements, potential bidders must submit an application with full company details, review the tender documentation, and pay a participation fee of USD 1,500 per lot (excluding VAT and banking charges). Companies registered in or holding accounts in offshore zones are not eligible to participate.

Tender proposals will be accepted within 30 working days from the date of the official announcement, but no later than 16:00 on the final day of the submission period. Late submissions will not be considered.

The project aims to modernize a key transport artery of the country and develop road infrastructure.

Applications for participation in the international tender must be sent to the Ministry of Roads of Turkmenistan at the following address: 95 Azady Street (2011), Ashgabat.

Tender proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the same address after submitting a written application and completing the participation payment.
