Career in IT increasingly attracts Turkmen youth
The unmotivated love of modern adolescents for various gadgets and the Internet is reflected in the economies of the world, creating new trends in the labor market. If yesterday teenagers dreamed about the profession of a doctor or cosmonaut, today more and more young people are thinking about a career in information technology (IT).
This is understandable, because experts in this field are needed everywhere you look. Every business in Turkmenistan strives to integrate into a virtual space, creating enticing Web sites and mobile applications.
Any enterprise that has more than a dozen employees needs to create an intranet that helps to speed up work many times through electronic document management and other technologies that people who are not familiar with the IT sphere can not guess.
Integration into this new world for the younger generation is becoming more urgent. In this regard, the concept of the profession as such and the methods of training the skill as a whole change. If previously a highly qualified specialist in any field could be considered only after graduating a university, today an IT employee needs to pass profile courses that almost immediately guarantee employment.
Information technology is developing incredibly fast, and short-term courses can best help "plunge" into a certain IT profession, and then "go with the flow", watching for changes and mastering new developments in the chosen area independently.
Thus, modern IT courses help to master the profession in the state in which it is at the moment, preparing specialists who can start full-fledged work immediately after the completion of the curriculum, and then independently develop, taking into account changes in the industry.
This is the direction in which modern technology is taught by the individual enterprise "Gujurly Nesil" , which a year ago launched a number of courses in various specialties related to the IT field.
The IE offers students of different ages to master programming, 3D modeling, system administration and other professions that are relevant to the modern labor market in Turkmenistan and have great prospects for development.
