An informatics competition was held in Turkmenistan among students of general education schools. The event was aimed at developing digital skills and supporting talented youth in the field of information technologies.

The competition took place on March 16 at the “Sanly çözgüt – IT meýdança” business entity under the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan. It brought together 12th-grade students who had demonstrated high achievements in IT at the velayat, etrap, and city levels.

During the competition, students showcased their knowledge by successfully completing test assignments and practical tasks in informatics.

The winners were awarded diplomas, certificates of honor, and commemorative gifts by the Institute of Telecommunications and Informatics of Turkmenistan.

Such events contribute to identifying and developing the abilities of young people, as well as training qualified specialists capable of working with modern achievements of scientific and technological progress.
