Ashgabat, February 17, 2026

On Tuesday, February 17, products from the petrochemical, agricultural, construction, and light industry sectors were sold at auctions on the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan.

During trading on the foreign market, entrepreneurs from the United Arab Emirates and the Republic of Turkey concluded deals with local businesses for the purchase of first-grade wheat flour. Representatives from the United Kingdom signed contracts with Turkmen manufacturers for the supply of raw gabardine fabric. Additionally, entrepreneurs from the UAE concluded deals with the Ministry of Industry and Construction of Turkmenistan for the purchase of Portland cement.

In the domestic market, local entrepreneurs signed contracts with the State Concern "Turkmennebit" for the purchase of TPP D 30 S grade polypropylene, and with the Ministry of Textile Industry for the purchase of cotton yarn.

A total of seven transactions were concluded during the auction, totaling 10,634,600.00 manat and 2,570,910.00 US dollars.
