These days, representatives of Magtymguly Turkmen State University, the International University for the Humanities and Development, the Dowletmammet Azady Turkmen National Institute of World Languages, and the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute are taking part in a study visit to the city of Cambridge in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The visit is organized with the aim of strengthening international cooperation, studying advanced practices in the field of education, and integrating them into the national education system. This was reported by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the professional development program, participants attend training sessions, seminars, and experience-sharing activities in the following areas:

-Modern approaches to leadership and strategic planning within the PRESETT system

-Communicative and learner-centered methods of teaching English, as well as the exchange of experience on their practical application in the classroom

-Familiarization with organizational and management practices related to teachers’ professional development and the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) model

-Review of methods for evaluating the structure, content, and effectiveness of curricula

-Exchange of experience in integrating digital learning platforms, interactive methods, and artificial intelligence technologies into the educational process

-Gaining practical experience through classroom observation, including lesson structure, teaching methodology, use of learning resources, and achievement of learning outcomes

-Discussion of opportunities to improve assessment tools and systematically measure the development of the four core language skills (listening, reading, speaking, writing), as well as aligning the structure of language curricula with modern pedagogical principles through the application of the CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
