The telecommunications company “Turkmentelecom” draws subscribers’ attention to the availability of an active service that allows them to request a technical specialist to resolve technical issues related to the provision of communication services.
If subscribers are unable to independently resolve problems with connecting or configuring the internet, cable television, or home internet services, they may submit a request for a specialist visit. To do so, a dedicated form is available on the company’s official website, where subscribers must provide their contact details, residential address, and a brief description of the issue encountered.
In addition, the technical specialist can be requested by phone at +993 12 92-11-43. Requests are accepted on working days — from Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 18:00.
It is noted that both individuals and legal entities can make use of this service. The reminder about the available service is aimed at improving the convenience and efficiency of subscriber support.
