The total volume of cashless payments made using bank cards in Turkmenistan from January to November 2025 exceeded 20.2 billion manats, according to the electronic journal Bank habarlary.

Of this amount, 16.839 billion manats were processed through payment terminals, more than 2.634 billion manats through the “Electronic Commerce” system, and over 42.102 million manats via the “Mobile Banking” system.

Payments made through ATMs amounted to more than 498.684 million manats, while transactions through the “Internet Banking” system exceeded 6.843 million manats. In addition, more than 221.407 million manats in cashless transactions were carried out via Halkbank terminals.

The data indicate active use of digital payment systems in the country and growth in cashless turnover across all channels.
