Deputy Prime Minister Batyr Amanov, who oversees the oil and gas sector, presented a report on the industry's performance for the first 11 months of this year at a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

According to him, the Turkmennebit State Concern fulfilled its oil production plan by 109%, confirming its steady growth dynamics.

High performance was also achieved in hydrocarbon refining: gasoline production was 109.1% complete, and oil refining was 108.8%.

The gas production sector completed January-November with 101.6% of its plan fulfilled, diesel fuel production achieved 101.4%, and liquefied gas specialists exceeded the plan by exactly 1%.

President Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed the Deputy Prime Minister to continue comprehensive efforts to increase hydrocarbon production and expand the production capacity of fuel and energy complex units.
