A celebratory concert was held at the Magtymguly National Music and Drama Theater to great acclaim. It served as a moving tribute to a significant date—the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality. This vibrant cultural event convincingly demonstrated the profound and inextricable connection between the country's peace-loving foreign policy and its cultural development.

The concert became an artistic manifesto of Turkmenistan's commitment to the principles of friendship and peace. The program featured a central performance by the young generation of artists, the continuers of national traditions. Students from the D. Ovezov Music College, the Shukur Bakhshi Arts School in Arkadag, and music schools in Ashgabat captivated the audience with their virtuoso performances.

Their fiery dances, heartfelt songs, and virtuoso performances of classical and folk pieces filled the hall with an atmosphere of celebration and national pride. The youth's performances reflected the multifaceted, cosmopolitan image of modern Turkmenistan.

The musical program was rich and diverse, combining masterpieces by Turkmen, Russian, and European composers, symbolizing the country's broad cultural ties. The festive evening opened with Rovshen Nepesov's symbolic work "Symphony of Neutrality," powerfully performed by the joint symphony orchestra.

The central composition was Nury Atayev's song "Bitaraplyk-parahatlyk" (Neutrality-Peace), performed by Aidzheren Abdyllaeva, Mukhammedaly Mukhammedov, and other soloists, the choir, and the orchestra.

The theme of friendship and openness was emphasized by world classics: Antonio Vivaldi's "Winter" (performed by Nurzhemal Garagochova), the Russian folk song "Deep River," as well as modern and jazz melodies such as Henry Mancini's "The Pink Panther" (performed by Resul Saparalyev) and themes from popular cartoons.

The program also included the touching composition "The World of Fairy Tales" (Rovshen Nepesov) performed by the young pianist Gulgeldy Gatyev, the symphonic piece "Oguzlaryn Oyunda" (Meret Annamuradov), and songs by Vladimir Shainsky, demonstrating the continuity of generations.

The final chord, a solemn anthem of independence and peace, was the song "Garaşsyz Bitarap Turkmenistan" (Arslanmuhammet Yazmammedov), performed by Ayjeren Abdullayeva, Mukhammedaly Mukhammedov, Gochmyrat Khoddammayev, Tumar Sarycheva, and the combined symphony orchestra and choir.

The concert was a wonderful musical tribute to the great journey the country has traveled over the past 30 years. He confirmed that Turkmenistan's creative youth, while preserving high national traditions, are ready to continue this course for the sake of the Fatherland's prosperity.
