Strength of Spirit and Talent: A Concert in Support of Equal Opportunities – Come Support the Artists!
Today, December 3, International Day of Persons with Disabilities, Ashgabat will host a landmark event: a major concert organized by the Deaf and Blind Society of Turkmenistan will take place at the Turkmenistan Cinema and Concert Hall.
This event, a true celebration of strength of spirit and creative will, is an important step toward building an inclusive society where the talent of every person, regardless of their physical abilities, is heard and recognized.
For this unique evening, artists with hearing and visual impairments have been preparing vibrant and inspiring performances for several months. Guests can expect a rich program: vibrant and expressive dance performances, touching songs, captivating skits, and heartfelt poems, prepared with a love for art and life.
According to the organizers, the concert's main goal is to demonstrate that creativity knows no boundaries, and that perseverance and self-confidence can overcome any obstacle.
"We invite everyone to share in this special evening to support our artists, whose example inspires us to believe in the boundless power of the human spirit," the Society stated.
The concert begins at 7:00 PM.
