The Consulate General of Turkmenistan in Istanbul has announced the introduction of a new online appointment system aimed at improving the quality and convenience of services for citizens.
From now on, applicants are recommended to schedule an appointment in advance via the official website of the Consulate General at the following link:
http://istanbul.tmembassy-gov.tm/appointment.
Citizens who make an online appointment will be received strictly at the designated time without waiting in line. Visitors who come without an appointment will also be able to receive necessary services, but in the order of the general queue.
The introduction of this new system is aimed at optimizing the work of the consular institution and creating more comfortable conditions for Turkmen citizens living in or visiting Turkey.
