Omni has unveiled its new development through crowdfunding: the ultraportable mini PC OmniOne 5.7. This compact device, running Windows 11, is designed to combine the mobility of a smartphone with the power of a desktop computer. The developers position it as the ideal solution for those who need a full-fledged PC for desktop work and travel.

The OmniOne's key advantage lies in its versatility: thanks to its built-in display, battery, and keyboard, it can be used on the go, and its wide range of ports allows for instant connection to a monitor and peripherals at home or in the office. Key Features and Specifications:

• Mobility: Dimensions 158 x 135 mm and weighs just over 300 grams.

• Display and Input: 5.7-inch touchscreen and full-size keyboard with touchpad.

• Power: Intel N150 processor.

• Memory: Up to 32 GB of RAM, up to 1 TB of SSD storage.

• Connectivity: Extensive port selection, including two USB-C, two USB-A, HDMI, DisplayPort, and Ethernet.

The base configuration with 8 GB of RAM and a 256 GB SSD is priced at around $350. Given its combination of portability, power, and a full-fledged operating system, the OmniOne could be a serious alternative to laptops in its price range.

Device shipments are expected in February 2026.

It was previously reported that Microsoft released Windows 11 26H1, the first test version for the new chips.
