President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere congratulations and best wishes to President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, on his birthday.
In his message, the Turkmen leader praised the Tajik leader's personal contribution to the country's development and strengthening its position on the international stage:
"As a wise and far-sighted statesman, you have worked tirelessly for the benefit of the people for many years. Under your leadership, Tajikistan's economy has steadily developed, the standard of living has improved, and the country's prestige on the international stage has grown," President Berdimuhamedov emphasized.
