The Communications Sector Welcomes Independence Day with New Achievements
As tradition goes, on the eve of Independence Day, the country’s best specialists and leading workers in various fields are honored with state awards, honorary titles, and high distinctions.
This year, as Turkmenistan celebrates the 34th anniversary of its Independence, a number of employees from the transport and communications sectors were awarded the prestigious Sha Serpay by the esteemed President.
On September 20, the Ministry of Railway Transport hosted a solemn ceremony where distinguished professionals of the transport and communications complex, who had made a valuable contribution to the country’s development, were presented with state awards.
Speaking at the ceremony, representatives of the communications sector emphasized that, over the years of Independence, Turkmenistan has become a center of digital innovation and international cooperation. They noted that working in the new historical era, while making use of the wide opportunities created for the advancement of the digital economy, is a great honor and privilege.
