Turkmen tourists entered the top three for visits to Russia

According to TASS, 629,000 foreign tourists visited Russia between January and June 2025, a 7.6% increase compared to the same period last year.

Turkmenistan ranked third among the countries whose citizens most frequently visited Russia for tourism. In the first half of the year, 26,600 tourists arrived from Turkmenistan.

Only China (317,800 visits) and Turkey (30,800 visits) had more tourists.
